Results of General Meeting

Marula Mining (AQSE: MARU), an African focused mining and development company, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held on 8 March 2024, all resolutions were duly passed including shareholder approval of the Rule 9 Waiver Resolution.

A further announcement will be made in due course in relation to Admission of the First Subscription Ordinary Shares, subject to receipt by the Company of proceeds for the First Subscription Ordinary Shares.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the Company's announcement of 16 February 2024.
