Update on the release of consolidated audited financial statements as of 30 September 2022
S-Ventures plc (AQSE: SVEN) (OTCQB: SVTPF), the enterprise company investing in and growing exciting brands across the natural, wellness and food-tech categories, would like to provide an update regarding the delay to the publication of the consolidated audited results of S-Ventures and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the financial year ended 30 September 2022 ("FYE 2022").
The Company is required to publish its audited results by 31 March 2023. The audit process is ongoing, certain areas have taken longer than anticipated including the appropriate accounting treatment and associated costs of previous acquisitions undertaken by the Company.
The Company will continue to work closely with the auditors to ensure that the audited results for the FYE 2022 are published as soon as possible. This is expected latest by the end of April 2023.
Following the above, the Company's listing shares will be suspended with effect from 3 April 2023. The Company will request a restoration of the listing of its listing shares upon the publication of its FYE 2022 audited results.
