MaxRets Ventures plc (www.maxrets.com) is an enterprise company, currently quoted on the AQSE Growth Market, which seeks to maximise returns for shareholders predominantly through capital appreciation, by investing in or acquiring distressed or out of favour assets which, as a result of the current challenging global economic and geopolitical landscape, have become undervalued or which may benefit from consolidation. The Company’s underlying investment driver is technology driven businesses, based on their potential future value enhancement and investment returns.

The Company’s investment strategy is currently focussed on four sectors  and will likely, over time, target other technology driven sectors.  These four sectors comprise life sciences, fintech businesses and assets that use fintech, impact investing (environmental and renewables) and retail.
