Delay in publication of Annual Report and Accounts

CRUSHMETRIC Group Limited, a design and production company that integrates shape changing technology (Ticker: "CUSH") into a catalogue of products, announces a delay in the publication of its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 by the required deadline of 30 September 2026 under the Aquis Growth Market Access Rulebook.

The delay arose following the resignation of the Company's previous Hong Kong local auditor (responsible for the audit of certain subsidiary financial information) due to its client scheduling constraints. The Company has appointed a replacement local auditor and is working closely with the new auditor, the group auditor and its advisers to complete the outstanding audit work as quickly as possible.

The Board currently expects to publish the audited Annual Report and Accounts within the next three to four weeks. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Temporary Suspension

Pursuant to Rule 5.1 of the Aquis Growth Market Rulebook, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Aquis Growth Market will be suspended with effect from 07:30 on 1 October 2026, pending publication of its Annual Report and Accounts. The Company will request the restoration of trading as soon as the audited Annual Report and Accounts have been published.
