Further Delay to Publication of Audited Annual Accounts
The Board of Marula Mining PLC announces that the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 will not be published by the previously indicated date of 31 July 2026. The audit process is ongoing and will require further time to complete.
A further update will be provided in due course.
Trading in the Company's shares on the AQSE Growth Market remains suspended. The Company will keep shareholders informed of any changes.
