Purchase of Shares by Chief Executive Officer
BWA Group (AQSE: BWAP), the mining investment company with permits in
Mr Taylor has purchased a total of 471,500 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), comprising a purchase of 239,000 Ordinary Shares and a further purchase of 232,500 Ordinary Shares. Mr Taylor's holding is now 55,315,086 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.70% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
