About BWA Group plc
BWA Group plc is focused on the exploration and development of gold, mineral sands, and critical mineral assets in Cameroon and Canada. In Cameroon, the Company holds a binding Option and Earn-In Agreement over the Aracari Gold Project, a portfolio of three exploration permits covering 1,268km² within a highly-prospective emerging gold district. BWA also holds five heavy mineral sands exploration permits located along the Nyong and the Sanaga Rivers, where exploration work is ongoing. Through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary acquired in 2019, Kings of the North, BWA also holds two claims packages in Quebec, prospective for gold-silver and copper-nickel-cobalt mineralisation. BWA’s strategy is to advance and add value to its portfolio of assets, creating opportunities for joint ventures, farm-outs, or divestments that maximise shareholder value.
