Appointment of Chief Executive Officer 

BWA Group (AQSE: BWAP), the mining investment company with licences in Cameroon and Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Taylor, current Non-Executive Director of the Company, as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 June 2026. Mr Taylor joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in August 2024 and has since provided strategic guidance on the development of the Company's exploration portfolio.

Mr Taylor is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines and brings extensive experience across exploration, project development, and mining operations. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of AIM-listed Pathfinder Minerals plc, where he worked on the Moebase and Naburi heavy mineral sands licenses in Mozambique. Mr Taylor has also held other senior operational roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Afferro Mining Inc, where he was involved in the development of the New Liberty Gold Mine in Liberia and the Nkout Iron Ore Project in Cameroon.
