NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
INQO INVESTMENTS LTD (the "Company") has been notified that Dr KS Tan, Chairman of the Board, purchased a total of 16,005 ordinary shares in the Company between 14 January 2026 and 22 January 2026.
The shares were purchased on the Aquis Stock Exchange through an online trading platform at an average price of 47.8 p per share.
Following this transaction, Dr KS Tan holds a total of 5,835,089 ordinary shares, representing approximately 35.6% of the Company's issued share capital of 16,371,631 ordinary shares.
