Vancouver, British Columbia - 20 November 2023 / Globe Newswire / - Looking Glass Labs Ltd. ("LGL" or the "Company") (NEO: NFTX) (AQSE: NFTX) (OTC: LGSLF) (FRA: H1N) announces that further to the announcement of 13 November 2023, the closing of the Private Placement Offering and Debt Settlement have been extended and are now expected to close on or around 27 November 2023. Further announcements will be made once closing has occurred.
