New Senior Advisor Appointment - Brendan Daley

The board of the directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Brendan Daley has agreed to become a Senior Advisor to the Group.  Mr Daley is an accomplished commercial and corporate finance professional with over two decades of experience in the energy sector, leading M&A and financing transactions, managing investments, launching new businesses and providing strategic counsel to a diverse range of industry stakeholders, including operators, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

Mr Daley is the Owner and Managing Director of BD Capital Ltd which specialises in commercial and corporate finance advisory.

Mr Daley commented, "The SulNOx Group products offer customers the remarkable combination of fuel savings and significant emissions reductions which is unique in the marketplace.  The Company is clearly at an inflection point having successfully initiated or concluded product trials with top tier companies making significant future growth a real probability.  I am very excited about the Company's prospects and look forward to adding value to the business."
