Further to the announcement on 2 October 2023, the Company announces it has changed the venue of the General Meeting on 25 October 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to Roosevelt Room, Brown's Hotel, 33 Albemarle Street,
Except for the change of venue, no other changes had been made to the arrangements of the General Meeting.
