Acknowledgement of Service & Defence Extension

Silverwood Brands plc ("the Company") (AQSE: SLWD), a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, wishes to update shareholders following the announcement on 27 July announcing service of legal proceedings by Lush Cosmetics Limited and Cosmetic Warriors Limited (together "Lush"). The Company has filed its acknowledgement of service and has mutually agreed with Lush an extension to serve its defence by 21 September 2023.
