Change of Adviser and Director Disclosures

All Things Considered Group plc (AQSE: ATC), an independent music company housing talent management, live booking, livestreaming and talent services, announces the appointment of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited as the Company's AQSE Corporate Adviser, Financial Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

Further to the announcement on 20 October 2022, the Company also confirms that it is still seeking to appoint a new non-executive director.

The Company makes the following director disclosures related to Craig Newman, Executive Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Company, Brian Message, Executive Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Company and Adam Driscoll, CEO of the Company, pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market Apex Rulebook:

Craig Newman:

Mr Newman is currently a director of Nice Partners Holdings Ltd. Mediator Communications Ltd, a company Mr Newman was a director of at the time, entered into a voluntary creditors liquidation on 16 May 2017 and was subsequently dissolved on 22 February 2020. Mr Newman was also a director of The Values Company (Europe) Ltd, which entered into a voluntary creditors liquidation on 12 November 2002 and was subsequently dissolved 21 April 2004.

Adam Driscoll:

Mr Driscoll was a director of Vision Nine Entertainment Group Limited until 17 December 2018.

Brian Message:

Mr Message was a director of _Xurbia_Xendless Limited until 2 April 2019. He was also a director of Magicgoal Limited at the time the company entered into a voluntary arrangement on 10 March 2009, which subsequently completed on 11 October 2011. Additionally, Mr Message was a director of Cash Lodge Ltd at the time it entered compulsory liquidation on 16 November 2005.
