EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions.
On 12 April 2023, certain Directors of the Company and certain members of EPIC Investment Partners LLP ("EPIC"), the Investment Advisor to the Company, and their connected parties (being PDMRs of the Company) purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In aggregate, 36,156 Ordinary Shares were purchased by the PDMRs at a price of 165.00p per Ordinary Share.
