Death of Director

It is with deep regret that Quantum Exponential announces that Nigel McNair Scott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has passed away. His fellow board members and colleagues are all deeply saddened by his passing.

Ian Person, Chairman, and Steve Metcalfe, CEO, commented: "It is with huge sadness that we have learned of the passing of Nigel. He will be deeply missed by all of us that had the privilege to work with him. His experience, knowledge and successful career were something that we all admired and valued along our journey. His commitment to the success of Quantum Exponential was very humbling and we look forward to fulfilling that quest in Nigel's memory."
