Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Christopher Stone has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue his other business interests.
Keith Harris, Executive Chairman of GC, commented:
"The Board of the Company is very grateful for Chris's valuable and substantial contribution to the Company's strategy during his time as a Non-Executive Director. We would like to take this opportunity to wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
