 Conversion of Loan Notes

RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, is pleased to announce that a holder of the Company's loan notes issued by the Company pursuant to a loan note instrument on 7 June 2022 (the "Loan Notes") has exercised his right to convert his Loan Notes totalling £515,616.44 into 312,495 ordinary shares of the Company at a conversion price of £1.65 per share.

Following the issue of the new shares, the Company has 11,581,175 ordinary shares of £1 each in issue, each carrying the right to one vote. 

The above figure of 11,581,175 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
