PDMR Notification
Lift Global Ventures Plc (AQSE:LFT), an enterprise company formed to identify investment and acquisition opportunities within the financial media and related technology industries, announces that Zak Mir, a Director, and his spouse, have been issued a total of 4,166,666 ordinary shares in the Company in connection with the acquisition of Miriad Limited. Following the issue, the aggregate shareholding of Zak Mir, and his spouse, is 13,499,999 ordinary shares (which represents 14.11% of the Company's issued share capital).
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
