Admission to Trading and First Day of Dealings

 

Macaulay Capital PLC (AQSE:MCAP), which was formed to originate and manage corporate transactions, raise funds from third parties, invest its own funds alongside those of external investors and to manage its investment portfolio with the aim of maximising its value, announces that trading in its ordinary shares will commence on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market ("AQSE") at 8:00am, today (Friday, 29 July 2022), under the ticker "MCAP" and ISIN: GB00BNKBMF25.

 

The Company, which is deemed to be an enterprise company under the AQSE Access Rules, has been admitted to the Access Segment of AQSE ("Admission") following successful completion of a fundraise of GBP 1,900,000 (gross of expenses).

 

The Board of the Company comprises David Horner, Managing Director, Richard Bucknell, Chief Investment Officer, and Lindsay Mair, Independent Non-Executive Chairman.

 

The issued share capital of the Company on Admission comprises 10,000,000 ordinary shares.

 

David Horner, Managing Director, commented:

Pursuant to the AQSE Access Rules, the Directors and persons connected to them, who in aggregate hold 2,225,000 ordinary shares, representing 22.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital on Admission, are subject to a 12-month lock-in arrangement.
