Directors' Dealings

Voyager, the health and wellness company supplying high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD), hemp seed oil and hemp-related products, announces that it was informed on 16 December 2021, Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Boyle, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired respectively 537,776 and 519,112 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 18 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were purchased from two of the Company's original shareholders and members of the concert party as set out in Voyager's admission document dated 28 June 2021.

Following these purchases, Nick Tulloch is beneficially interested in 1,321,776 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Eric Boyle is beneficially interested in 840,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
