Incanthera plc announced a commercial update on the launch of Skin + CELL with Marionnaud Switzerland and Austria (“Marionnaud”), managed by the world's largest health, beauty and lifestyle retailer, A.S. Watson Group (”AS Watson”).
Commercial Update Highlights:
  • The Company expects the first order will generate revenue of approximately £2m and indicates it has doubled in size from Marionnaud's initial order for Skin + CELL products, increasing from 25,000 units* to 50,000 units: *One unit being one bottle of product i.e. face cream, hand cream etc.
  • The enlarged order is being manufactured and on track for delivery to Marionnaud in Switzerland and Austria during Q2 2024.
  • The second order expected to be 250,000 units.
  • Projected revenue, including profitability, is £10m for the full year.
  • Extension of Skin + CELL product range.
  • Initiation of Research Note by Stanford Capital Partners.

Tap Global Group Plc presented its results for the six months ended 31 December 2023.
Financial Highlights:
  • Tap Group trading payment volume in H1 24 was £71.9m (Tap Global H1 23: £25.9m), an increase of 178% on H1 23.
  • Tap Group revenue in H1 24 was £1.3m (Tap Global H1 23: £0.5m), an increase of 172% on H1 23.
  • Tap Group trading margin in H1 24 was 1.27% (Tap Group FY 23: 0.92%), an improvement of 37% on FY 23 reflecting the focus on revenue margin improvement.

Cooks Coffee Company Limited announced that Aiden Keegan has been appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 April 2024. Aiden commenced his role as Operations Manager at Esquires in Ireland (“ECHI”) in January 2004. Before joining ECHI, he served as an employee at Insomnia, the prominent Irish Café chain. Preceding his tenure at Insomnia, he was actively involved in contract catering in London. Since October 2018, Aiden has held the position of Managing Director of the Esquires UK business. During his leadership, the business has witnessed substantial growth, increasing from 38 to 60 stores. Store sales under his guidance have experienced an increase of 12.6% compound annual growth rate. The Company says Aiden Keegan has successfully steered Cooks through the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, demonstrating a well-developed and profound understanding of the business and its key drivers.
