Eastinco Mining and Exploration plc (formerly Equatorial Mining and Exploration plc) was established in 2012 to pursue the exploration, development, and trading of African industrial mineral assets. Eastinco Mining and Exploration plc is an investment company listed on the London AQSE Growth Market, with its primary investment in Eastinco Limited, a Rwandan based subsidiary mining, trading, and exploration company focused on tantalum, tin and tungsten. Eastinco seeks to establish joint ventures with existing small scale operators to modernise, mechanise, and implement health & safety measures; and, the Company will also explore expansion through acquisition or joint venture operation of existing greenfield and brownfield sites with other tin, tungsten, and tantalum miners in Rwanda and across Africa.
