Primorus is the Latin word for ‘early” and it encapsulates our investment philosophy. We seek out both listed and unlisted investments across arrange of sectors where deep value can be generated and a liquidity event demonstrated. By providing a listed and liquid platform, we can give investors exposure to a range of opportunities that are often outside the mandates of many other investment products and find value in a sector largely vacated by more mainstream investment companies and funds. Primorus Investments has an experienced team of Directors who have all been involved in the acquisition and management of companies and assets in a number of industries with particular experience in company formation, wealth management, capital markets, finance, science and corporate governance. We seek to make, encourage and exit our investments typically over an 18 month to two year timeframe however do and will continue to hold longer-term assets as core investments that require longer times frames to generate superior returns.
