Gowin New Energy Group Limited announces that due to other business prospects Mr Hsu I-Hsan has stepped down from his role as Director and the Board, with immediate effect.  The Board would like to thank Mr Hsu I-Hsan for his time on the Board and his support and guidance over his term.

Gowin is in the process of searching for a suitable additional Independent Non-Executive Director and will keep the market updated in due course.    

Other than the above there are no further disclosures required under Rule 70 and paragraph 21 of Appendix 1 of the ISDX Growth Market Rules for Issuers.
