REVEILLE RESOURCES PLC

("Reveille", or the "Company")

Proposed Appointment of Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling as a Non-Executive Director

Reveille [AQSE: REV], a uranium exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy's largest uranium deposits, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement for the proposed appointment of Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling (Ret.), former Deputy Chair of the NATO Military Committee, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The appointment is subject to completion of customary regulatory due diligence and the necessary corporate approvals. A further announcement will be made upon the appointment becoming effective.

Lieutenant General Rohling brings more than 35 years of distinguished military leadership, international strategic experience and senior-level engagement with governments, policymakers and defence organisations across Europe, the United States and Africa.

His proposed appointment represents a further strengthening of Reveille's leadership as the Company advances its Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in Italy and pursues additional uranium acquisitions in Western-aligned jurisdictions.

About Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling

Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling is a retired three-star General of the United States Army with more than 35 years of military service, culminating in his appointment as Deputy Chair of the NATO Military Committee, one of the most senior military leadership positions within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Appointed to the position in February 2024, Lieutenant General Rohling served as deputy military adviser to the NATO Secretary General, supporting the formulation of military advice to NATO's political leadership and working closely with senior military representatives from the Alliance's 32 member countries.

His responsibilities included strategic defence and deterrence planning, NATO nuclear strategy, transatlantic security cooperation, emerging technologies and international security policy.

Prior to his NATO appointment, Lieutenant General Rohling served as Deputy Commanding General of U.S. Army Europe and Africa, overseeing military cooperation and operational activities across two continents. His previous senior appointments included Commanding General of U.S. Army Southern European Task Force – Africa, Deputy Commanding General for Africa and senior operational leadership positions within NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Lieutenant General Rohling held senior command and operational responsibilities across Europe, Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan. His service included assignments with the 75th Ranger Regiment, serving in the 1st Ranger Battalion, senior leadership responsibilities within the 10th Mountain Division, and command of the 173rd Airborne Brigade, based in Vicenza, Italy, which he led during operations in Afghanistan.

His extensive experience in Italy, where he served in several senior military appointments, provides him with a longstanding familiarity with the country's institutional and strategic environment.

Lieutenant General Rohling holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of South Florida, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Master of Arts in National Security Strategy from the United States National War College.

Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling (Ret.), proposed Non-Executive Director of Reveille Resources Plc, commented:

"I am delighted by the prospect of joining Reveille Resources at an key stage in the Company's development.

Having spent a significant part of my career in Italy, where I continue to reside, I have developed a deep appreciation for the country and its strategic importance within Europe and the transatlantic alliance.

Energy security and access to critical resources have become primary considerations for Western nations. Uranium has a very significant role to play in supporting energy independence and ensuring stable and affordable energy pricing, strengthening supply chain resilience and meeting the growing demand for nuclear energy.

Reveille's focus on exploring the potential of Italy's largest uranium deposits, alongside its ambition to develop an international portfolio of uranium assets in Western-aligned jurisdictions, is of great interest to me.

I look forward to contributing my international experience and strategic perspective to the Board, supporting the Company's long-term development and growth for the benefit of all shareholders."

Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, Executive Director of Reveille Resources Plc, commented:

"We are delighted that Lieutenant General Andrew Rohling has agreed to join the Board of Reveille.

Andrew brings an exceptional record of leadership at the highest levels of the United States military and NATO, together with extensive experience in international security, strategic planning and transatlantic relations.

His appointment reflects our ambition to build Reveille into a significant uranium exploration and development company, with a particular focus on securing and advancing uranium resources in Western-aligned jurisdictions.

Andrew's longstanding relationship with Italy, where he has served in senior military appointments and currently resides, together with his international experience and strategic judgement, will be particularly valuable in his role as Non-Executive Director, providing strategic guidance as we advance our Novazza and Val Vedello projects, Italy's largest historical uranium deposits, and expand Reveille's international portfolio against a backdrop of growing nuclear energy demand and the increasing strategic importance of securing domestic uranium resources and reliable Western supply chains.

We look forward to welcoming him to the Board and benefiting from his experience as we successfully develop our Company."

Notes to Editors

Reveille Resources plc (AQSE: REV) is a UK natural resources exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy, where it is advancing the exploration and development of the country's largest historic uranium deposits.

Through its Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l, the Company has submitted exploration-licence applications in respect of the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in northern Italy, each of which is subject to the applicable environmental-assessment process. The projects were historically explored and developed by AGIP Nucleare S.p.A. and its operating subsidiary, SOMIREN, both part of the ENI group, during Italy's national nuclear programme between 1959 and 1983. This work included more than 87,000 metres of historical drilling and approximately 17 kilometres of underground development.

Reveille's strategy is to identify and advance uranium projects that have benefited from substantial historical exploration and technical work, but where value has yet to be fully realised due to geopolitical, technological, financial or historical factors. By applying modern exploration techniques and internationally recognised reporting standards, the Company intends to verify historical data, advance exploration and work towards the delineation of mineral resources in accordance with internationally recognised reporting standards.

While Italy remains the Company's principal area of focus, Reveille will selectively evaluate additional uranium opportunities elsewhere in Europe and in other Western jurisdictions where similar value creation opportunities exist. The Company is committed to advancing its projects responsibly, working closely with local communities, regulators and other stakeholders to ensure that exploration activities are undertaken to the highest environmental, technical and governance standards.
