REVEILLE RESOURCES PLC

("Reveille", or the "Company")

Appointment of Sofia Bianchi as Strategic Advisor

Grant of Options

Reveille [AQSE: REV], a uranium exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy's largest uranium deposits, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sofia Bianchi as a Strategic Advisor to the Company, with effect from today.

Sofia will support the Board in advancing the Company’s growth strategy, maximising the value of its Italian uranium interests and identifying additional acquisition and business development opportunities in the Western-aligned world. Her remit will also include introducing technical expertise and supporting the development of future offtake and financing arrangements.  This is a non-board appointment.

About Sofia Bianchi

Sofia is the Founding Partner of Atlante Capital Partners, an advisory and turnaround specialist focused on emerging markets. She was previously Head of Special Situations and a member of the Investment Committee for Debt and Infrastructure at CDC Group plc, a development finance institution. Before this, she was Head of Special Situations at BlueCrest Capital Management.

She also served as Deputy Managing Director of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund with Standard Bank London and held senior positions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She brings extensive experience in banking, fund management and mergers and acquisitions.

Sofia is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Yellow Cake plc, a uranium investment company quoted on AIM with a market capitalisation of approximately £1.27 billion as at 23 October 2026. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Ma’aden and Ivanhoe Electric, where she represents the interests of Ma’aden, and holds non-executive directorships at Mineros S.A. and Canagold.

Sofia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Sofia Bianchi, Strategic Advisor to Reveille, commented:

“Reveille is uniquely placed where three powerful imperatives meet: the need to decarbonise, the need to meet growing demand for energy, and Europe’s need to secure its own sources of critical materials. Italy’s renewed nuclear ambitions give the Company’s Lombardy projects particular strategic relevance. Reveille also has strong, entrepreneurial leadership with a clear vision and the drive to deliver it.

I share the management team’s conviction in the opportunity and am delighted to help develop these assets in my country of origin. I look forward to contributing my experience and relationships to maximise the value of the Italian portfolio, introduce additional opportunities and support Reveille’s growth from its current junior-company stage into a business of significantly greater scale.”

Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, Executive Director of Reveille, commented:

“We are delighted to welcome Sofia to Reveille. Her decision to join the Company is a strong endorsement of our strategy and the scale of the opportunity before us. She brings an exceptional blend of natural resources experience, commercial judgement and transaction expertise. Her proven record of creating value and helping to build successful businesses will be a significant asset as we advance Reveille’s growth ambitions.

Sofia is Italian and has spent much of her career abroad. Like our Board, including Secretary Pompeo, she shares a deep connection to Italy and recognises the very significant opportunity for Reveille. The fundamental shift in sentiment towards nuclear energy in Italy, combined with rising fuel prices and the growing importance of sustainable energy pricing, energy security and decarbonisation, all underscore the strategic value of domestic uranium resources. In this context, the potential of Italy’s largest historical uranium deposits is undeniable. Sofia’s experience and international relationships will be invaluable as we advance our uranium exploration interests and pursue additional opportunities.

The calibre of the individuals joining us reflects the scale of the opportunity and our determination to build Reveille into a compelling Western-aligned, high-growth uranium exploration and development company, with a clear strategic focus on advancing opportunities that support the energy security priorities of Western markets.”

Share Options

In connection with the appointment, the Company proposes to grant Sofia Bianchi 2,500,000 options (the “Options”) to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The Options will have an exercise price of 15.75 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on the Aquis Growth Market on 23 October 2026, and a life of five years from the date of grant. The Options will vest in equal monthly instalments over the first 12 months of the consultancy. The grant remains subject to execution of the option agreement and the necessary corporate approvals.

Notes to Editors

Reveille Resources plc (AQSE: REV) is a UK natural resources exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy, where it is advancing the exploration and development of the country's largest historic uranium deposits.

Through its Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l, the Company has submitted exploration-licence applications in respect of the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in northern Italy, each of which is subject to the applicable environmental-assessment process. The projects were historically explored and developed by AGIP Nucleare S.p.A. and its operating subsidiary, SOMIREN, both part of the ENI group, during Italy's national nuclear programme between 1959 and 1983. This work included more than 87,000 metres of historical drilling and approximately 17 kilometres of underground development.

Reveille's strategy is to identify and advance uranium projects that have benefited from substantial historical exploration and technical work, but where value has yet to be fully realised due to geopolitical, technological, financial or historical factors. By applying modern exploration techniques and internationally recognised reporting standards, the Company intends to verify historical data, advance exploration and work towards the delineation of mineral resources in accordance with internationally recognised reporting standards.

While Italy remains the Company's principal area of focus, Reveille will selectively evaluate additional uranium opportunities elsewhere in Europe and in other Western jurisdictions where similar value creation opportunities exist. The Company is committed to advancing its projects responsibly, working closely with local communities, regulators and other stakeholders to ensure that exploration activities are undertaken to the highest environmental, technical and governance standards.
