Global Connectivity Plc (AQSE: GCON), an investing Company focused on strategic holdings in high-growth, connectivity-aligned technologies, announces that it has published its Notice of its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) which will be held at the offices of Apex Fund Services (IOM) Ltd, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, British Isles on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
The Notice of AGM, together with the accounts, have been dispatched to all shareholders.
