Amirose London Holdings PLC (AQSE: ALH) announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 11.00am, at the offices of MSP Company Secretaries, Floor 2, 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London  W1W 8DH.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which together with the Form of Proxy and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, have been posted to shareholders.
