Corporate Update

Roundhouse (AQSE: ETHL), an artificial intelligence technology company, is pleased to provide the following update further to its announcement on 28 August 2026 regarding its intention to apply for the admission of its entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM ("Admission").

Roundhouse's strategic objective is to establish itself as the neutral data and reputation infrastructure standard for the autonomous AI agent economy and over recent months the Company has progressed the development of a trust layer for AI agents that act, pay and transact. On 11 September 2026 the Company will be launching a version one of its public analytics dashboard at roundhouseai.io serving as independent, neutral infrastructure for the autonomous AI agent economy, built on data, identity and reputation.

Following the intended AIM Admission, the Company then plans to move into its next "Go to Market" stage, focused on cornerstone partnerships, AI agent adoption, and distribution which is targeted for completion by the end of 2026.

In conjunction with Admission, the Company intends to undertake a fundraise to provide the Company with additional working capital, fund the costs associated with Admission to AIM and support the continued development and commercialisation of its technology, to be followed by an institutional fund raising once on AIM to provide additional funds to accelerate growth. Further details will be published in conjunction with the Admission.
