Oberon, the boutique wealth management and corporate broking group, confirms that the firm's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held at 6 Duke Street, St. James's, 2^nd Floor, London SW1Y 6BN at 12.30 p.m. on 23 September 2026.

The Notice of AGM, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, were posted to shareholders on 26 August 2026.
