Following a vote by shareholders with a combined share capital of 149,711,787 ordinary shares representing 30.37% of the issued share capital of the Company, results on each of the resolutions put to the AGM are as set out below. Resolutions 1 to 8 were ordinary resolutions requiring a simple majority of votes cast to pass. Resolutions 9 and 10 were special resolutions requiring a majority of not less than 75% of votes cast to pass.
All of the resolutions put to the AGM were duly passed.
