Oberon Investments Group plc (AQSE: OBE), the boutique investment management, wealth planning and corporate broking group, notes, further to the Company's announcements on 13 July 2026 and 14 April 2026, that the appointments of Jonathan Eddis as a Non-Executive Director and Barry Smead as Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Board are now effective, following completion of regulatory due diligence.
