Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP),  the financial services and investment group operating across Europe and Asia, announces the date of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Annual General Meeting

The Company confirms that its AGM for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will be held at 11:00 a.m. (GMT) on 21 August 2026, at the offices of Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE.

The formal Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders in the coming days and made available on the Company's website.
