The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 6 August 2026, at 10.30 a.m. at 6 Duke Street St. James's, 2^nd Floor, London SW1Y 6B. The Company is posting the formal notice of the meeting (the "Notice") to shareholders and a copy will be available on the Company's website at www.nyceint.com

The Notice also contains details of the Company's intention to implement a reorganisation of its share capital.

A copy of the Notice together with proxy voting instructions is being posted to all shareholders who are required to receive or have formally requested to receive these documents.
