Ajax [AQUIS: AJAX], the natural resources investment company, announces that it has granted options over ordinary shares of
Options over a total of 14,650,000 Ordinary Shares have been granted to two Directors with the following key terms:
· Exercise price -
· Life - 5 years.
· Vesting condition - The closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares must exceed
