Partial Sell Down of Investment in Luceco plc

EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that ESO Investments 2 Limited, a holding vehicle in which it is the sole investor, has sold 1.8 million shares in Luceco plc in the market, which returns £4.8 million in cash to the Company.
