("Nomad" or "the Company")
Change of Name
The Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Visum Technologies PLC to Nomad Compute PLC. The change of name was registered on Companies House on 30 April 2026.
The Company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are currently traded on the AQSE Growth Market namely, "VIS", will be changed to "NMD".
The name change and new ticker will take effect on the AQSE Exchange on 01 May 2026, at 8.00 a.m.
The company name has been changed to Nomad Compute PLC to reflect the Company's new strategic direction, as announced on 30 April 2026. The new name has been selected to convey the Company's intended business model - the deployment of relocatable, globally-mobile compute infrastructure that brings AI computational capacity to where it is most economically and strategically valuable, rather than requiring data and customers to travel to centralised facilities.
