Appointment of Strategic Advisor

Majestic Corporation Plc (AQUIS: MCJ / OTCQB: MCJCF), a sustainable circular economy solutions provider specialising in recycling precious and non-ferrous metals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard McGlashan as a Strategic Advisor.

Richard McGlashan is a Partner at OAK Securities, where he provides strategic capital markets advice and fundraising support to corporate clients. He brings nearly three decades of experience spanning equity sales, equity risk management and corporate advisory, having held senior roles at several leading financial institutions. His career includes positions as Head of Capital Markets at energy specialist Gneiss Energy, Director at capital markets consultancy DP Advisory, and Head of Equity Sales for the Edinburgh Office at Shore Capital.

Earlier in his career, he spent almost a decade at UBS Investment Bank as an Executive Director, gaining extensive experience across pan-European equity sales, sales-trading and proprietary risk management, and was a divisional director of the European Securities business at Macquarie Group and RBS Markets & International Banking. He began his career in equities at ABN AMRO. Based in Edinburgh, Richard has deep expertise in both public and private capital raising, corporate broking and investor relationship management across a range of sectors.

Richard joins Majestic Corporation as the Company pursues a UK-focused growth strategy and prepares to materially increase e-waste recycling capacity through the launch of a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Wrexham, Wales.
