Thwaites (Daniel) Plc - Directorate change

Daniel Thwaites PLC announces that Andrew Stothart, non-executive director since January 2019, has decided to step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2025.

Rick Bailey, Chairman, said `Andrew has made a tremendous contribution during his seven years with the Company and has been part of the family.   We are sad to see him leave us and wish him well for the future'.
