Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding Company for TIAA Limited (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider announces that notice of its General Meeting ("General Meeting") is being posted to shareholders today. The General Meeting will be held on Thursday 8th January at 11:00 a.m. (GMT) at the Company's offices, Artillery House, Fort Fareham, Newgate Lane, Fareham PO14 1AH.
