Interim Dividend Declaration

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding Company for TIAA Limited (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 0.29 pence per share (the "Interim Dividend") to be paid 19 January 2026 to shareholders on the register 9 January 2026.

This Interim Dividend of 0.29 pence per share (HY24: 0.786 pence per share) reflects a prudent approach as the Company continues to invest in its 'Fit for the Future' strategy.
