EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 30 September 2022, it purchased 1,500,000 of the Company's shares of
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 30,019,979 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the transaction is 4,596,575 Ordinary Shares.
