Gowin New Energy Group Plc announces the following share dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares of £0.01 undertaken by Directors on the 30 March 2018, to satisfy the interest of Mr Hsu I-Hsan in the proposed Tea Business to be established by Gowin. The following share dealings were undertaken:

Mr Chen Chih Lung, Director, sold 20,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Mr Hsu I-Hsan, Director, bought 25,344,688 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Chih-Feng Chao, sold 10,689,376 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Chien Ming Cheng, sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Jia Hong Guo, sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Wen Sheng-Tung, bought 25,344,688 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.012 per Ordinary Share.

Following the share dealings, the following parties have an interest of more than 3% in the shares of the Company:
