Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in equity capital markets having previously worked at Barclays de Zoete Wedd, Albert E Sharp Securities, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Arden Partners, Libertas Capital, Blue Oar Securities and Shore Capital. Since joining VSA, he has headed the corporate finance team overseeing the team’s equity capital markets activities, specialising in regulatory advice, IPOs and RTOs, fund raisings, M&A and public company takeovers.

Brian has over a decade of experience specialising in capital markets and M&A transactions in China, Hong Kong and the UK across diverse sectors, including technology, manufacturing, real estate, and financial services. He was a sponsor to companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, assisting on listings to companies from a broad range of industries. He has joined VSA as an Associate Director of the corporate finance team, responsible for IPOs, RTOs, fundraisings, M&As and regulatory advice.
