Impersonation scam alert

Aquis Exchange PLC hereby issues a cautionary statement regarding potential fraudulent activities, including but not limited to phishing and spoofing, involving unauthorised individuals impersonating our company. It has come to our attention that these actors are falsely representing Aquis Exchange PLC, promoting cryptocurrency and other non-equity investments, and requesting payments through unauthorised 'Aquis Exchange'-titled apps or websites.

This entity is not in any way connected to Aquis Exchange PLC. We are a European equities exchange and do not allow cryptocurrency or other unregulated trading. Aquis Exchange does not transact directly with individual investors and will never ask an individual retail investor for payment of any kind.

Aquis is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and France's Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and Autorité des Marchés Financiers to operate Multilateral Trading Facility businesses in the UK & Switzerland markets and in EU27 markets respectively.

De telles entités ne sont en rien associés à Aquis Exchange Europe. Aquis Exchange Europe ne propose pas d’investissements en cryptomonnaies ou autres supports non financiers, et ne reçoit en aucune façons de fonds de clients particuliers.
