Inteliqo Ltd announced that the full version of the Langaroo App has now been released on both Google Play and Apple's App Store. In October 2023 Inteliqo announced that it was generating income under a revenue share agreement from the sales of subscriptions or territory licence agreements for the beta version of the Langaroo App and that the full version of the app was due for release in Q1 2024. All Things Considered Group plc announced a conditional subscription from new and existing shareholders, at a price of 105 pence per subscription share to raise approximately £2.3 million. Net proceeds from the subscription will be used primarily to fund the exploration and development of opportunities already identified across the Group's Artist Representation and Direct to Consumer divisions; and to provide balance sheet strength and support for further accretive potential acquisitions and developments in Live Events following the recent acquisition of 50% of Mckeown Asset Limited. Valereum Plc announced strategic initiatives and developments for 2024 to 2025. The Company says it is planning a full suite of innovative solutions that combine proprietary technology with external partnerships to support the lifecycle of tokenised digital assets for all asset classes, marketplaces and market participants. These include Launch of ‘The Bridge’ – blockchain-based financial markets infrastructure, launch of VLRM Markets, launch of VLRM Capital, and the development of the GATE token. Apollon Formularies PLC announced the peer-reviewed publication of the results of pre-clinical testing of Apollon's cancer therapeutic formulations. The company says it has demonstrated successful cancer cell-killing results in prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, and skin cancer through direct cytotoxicity and immune-targeted eradication of the cancer cells by T-cells and macrophages in blinded studies, performed by Bioensis Labs, as an independent third-party testing facility. Visum Technologies Plc announced that it has entered into exclusive non-binding Heads of Terms to acquire the entire share capital of Socrates Imaging B.V., a company based in the Netherlands, and Socrates Imaging Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom (together "Socrates Imaging"), for a combination of cash payment and new ordinary shares in Visum totalling €2 million. Exclusivity has been granted to Visum in relation to the Proposed Transaction until 31 March 2024. The company states that Socrates Imaging, a producer of photo and video capture souvenirs within the travel and leisure market, is set to collaborate seamlessly with its proprietary video solution, creating a powerful synergy to elevate the standards of video capture and production in the industry.
