Ananda Developments announced that it has raised gross proceeds of c.£2.15m from new and existing shareholders through a placing and subscription of new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.3p per share.

SulNOx Group Plc announced the conclusion of a generator-based study, including a reduction in fuel consumption by 14.5%, Carbon Dioxide of 27.7% and Sulphur Oxide by 63%.

SulNOx Group Plc also published its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024. The results highlighted a company turnover of £544,000, representing a 168% increase from the £203,000 reported for the prior year. Read more
Voyager Life plc announced that preparations to bring the Rost 1-26 well owned by M3 Helium Corp. into production are now well advanced. Sales of helium from that well are expected to commence by end of September 2024. Read more
Global Connectivity PLC announced its unaudited half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. The Company’s net assets increased by £9.4m to £17.2m (£7.8m on 31 December 2023), the net asset value per share increased to 4.75p (2.16p 31 December 2023). Read more
Cooks Coffee Company Limited provided a trading update covering the Company’s Esquires branded franchised coffee focused stores for the 22 weeks of its financial year ended 1st September 2024. The Company highlighted the following:
- UK store sales increased by 32.4% to £9.5m and Ireland store sales increased by 6.4% to £4.3m.
- 83 Group sites in the UK and Ireland as of 1st September 2024, an increase from 75 as of 1 April 2024.
- More than ten further outlets expected to open before the end of the financial year. Read more
Ace Liberty & Stone plc announced its results for the year ended 30 April 2024. The Company stated that revenue remained stable at £5.6m (£5.6m in FY23), 96% of the property across the portfolio was occupied, and £1m shareholder loan has been repaid in full reducing the debt balance for the group. Aquis Exchange PLC announced its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. The Company highlighted the following:
- Net revenue increased by 3.5% to £10.0m (£9.7m in HY23).
- Aquis Technologies: growth in contract pipeline; over half of the contracts being for national exchanges or central banks.
- Aquis Markets: market share increased to 5.20% (4.85% in FY23).
- Aquis Data: revenue increased by 17% to £2.2m (£1.8m in HY23), driven by new data fees for members which came into effect in the second quarter.
- Aquis Stock Exchange: strong growth in trading, with volumes up 44% on the prior year and £87m of funds raised.

Newbury Racecourse plc announced its unaudited half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. The Company reported that statutory turnover increased by 16% to £9.3m (6 months ended 30 June 2023: £8.03m). The group has also attained a new five-year Media Rights Agreement with Arena Leisure/Sky Sports Racing fully effective from 1 January 2024. Eleven of the Company's race fixtures have successfully retained their BHA Premier status for 2025. Read more
