About Phoenix Digital Assets PLC
Phoenix Digital Assets PLC is an alternative investment fund, with its shares admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange, specialising in the market for digital assets, purpose built to allow investors to have direct exposure to large cap liquid crypto assets in a public market vehicle. Unlike some private crypto funds, Phoenix is transparent, liquid and its performance is independently audited on an annual basis and comprehensive performance reports are published quarterly. The Company has announced that it will purchase up to 857M of its ordinary shares in a tender offer at an amount equal to the net asset value of the Company per share. The Company will proceed with the tender offer following the Bitcoin halving (currently anticipated to take place in April 2024) and before the end of 2024.
