BWA Group plc (“BWA”), established in 1932, is an investment company with interests primarily focused on mineral exploration in Cameroon and Canada. BWA, through its subsidiary BWA Resources (UK) Limited, has been awarded two exploration licenses for rutile sands in Cameroon and has made application for three further similar licenses. Exploration work on the first two licenses is being undertaken and results are being published on the BWA website at www.bwagroupplc.com In addition, through its ownership of Kings of the North Corp, acquired in September 2019 BWA has licenses over a number of claim areas, principally in Quebec but with some in Ontario, for gold and allied mineral exploration.
